INGREDIENTS
15 graham crackers, crushed
2 tablespoons butter, melted
4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3/4 cup milk
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch springform pan.
In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press onto bottom of springform pan.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Blend in milk, and then mix in the eggs one at a time, mixing just enough to incorporate. Mix in sour cream, vanilla and flour until smooth. Pour filling into prepared crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Turn the oven off, and let cake cool in oven with the door closed for 5 to 6 hours; this prevents cracking. Chill in refrigerator until serving.Does anyone know a simple recipe for a wedding cheese cake?
Cherry Cream Cheese Cake
Ingredients-
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 eggs
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup candied cherries, halved
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preparation-
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
Cream the cream cheese, butter or margarine, sugar, and vanilla together until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time. Sift together 2 1/4 cup flour, baking powder, and salt; fold into cream cheese mixture. Dredge cherries in 1/4 cup flour, and fold into batter.
Sprinkle pecans over the bottom of an ungreased 10 inch angel food tube pan. Bottom should be completely covered. Add a few more pecans if necessary. Spoon batter into pan on top of nuts.
Bake for about 75 minutes, or until an inserted wooden pick comes out clean. Allow cake to cool in pan. Run knife around outside edge and center tube. Ease cake out of pan, and onto plate.
MEXICAN WEDDING CAKE
Ingredients
* 1/4 c. of canola oil
* 1 tsp of almond extract
* 3 whole egg whites
* (18 1/4 oz) box of betty crocker super moist white cake mix
* 1/4 c. of all-purpose flour
* 1 1/3 c. of water
Directions
1. First you will need to butter/flour 2 cake pans.
2. Now take all the ingredients in a bowl and blend for approx. 2 min.
3. Now pour into buttered pans.
4. Let this bake at 250 degrees.
5. It will be done when toothpick comes out clean.
6. Let cool.

I have this recipe for a birthday cheesecake........I s'pose it can be used for a wedding too!
The Birthday Cheesecake
4 pk (8 oz. ea) cream cheese
2 Med eggs
1 c Sugar, less 2 Tbsp.
1 ts Vanilla
2 tb Cornstarch
1 c Sour cream
1 ts Almond extract
Crust:
2 c Graham cracker crumbs
1 Stick of butter, melted
2 tb Sugar (from above cup)
For crust: Mix the 2 T sugar with crumbs. Add melted butter. Place in a
9'; springform pan. (Mixture will go at least 1'; up the sides.) Chill this
crust in the freezer while you make the filling.
Filling: Preheat oven to 450. Beat the cream cheese with sugar, eggs,
vanilla and cornstarch. (A food processor works great for this.) Blend
until very smooth. Add the sour cream and almond extract.
Pour into the chilled crust.
