3Tablespoons butter

3 cups icing sugar

Beat these together. When blended slowly add about 3 or 4 Tablespoons of milk with the mixer on high. You need to add it slowly so that it will be fluffy. When it is the texture you like for spreading, stop mixing.
Check out this free cooking E-book, it might have what you're looking for.
1/2 stick butter

1/4 cup milk

3 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

food coloring

Mix together - just add more milk or confectioner's sugar to make the consistency you want. I do this one ALL the time - works for everything! I'm eating it on a cinnamon roll as I type!
BAKERY FROSTING

2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

1. Place flour in a saucepan. Slowly add creamer and water, stirring to eliminate lumps. Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Cool in the refrigerator about 1 hour.
