Hi there! Sure, follow a normal plain sponge cake recipe but for each egg required, substitute for a pot of yoghurt(eg. for 3 eggs, use 3 yoghurts). It really works and you can make some lovely flavoured sponges. I recently baked a pineapple and peach cake which was make with peach yoghurt and I added some pineapple pieces. But you can choose any flavour you like.

Good luck!
I always make a soda cake which is 1 box of cake mix and 1 can of diet soda (if its a light color cake then diet sprite) if its a dark cake then diet pepsi, but it has to be diet, then make as normal :)
that's easy
