I need a recipe for my mom's birthday cake. It's on Monday, and she really isn't into sweets, so chocolate is out. Any ideas? I want it to be really good. Thanks.
**There's this kind of cake that is kind of wet(very moist), but I have no idea what it's called. I think it's Mexican or something, because whenever I go to a Mexican birthday party they have it there, if you know what I'm talking about, and know how to make it can you post a recipe?Birthday cake recipe for my mom?
Everything I have made from this site as been excellent. I believe it's the best baking site out there. http://www.joyofbaking.com/cakes.htmlBirthday cake recipe for my mom?
