I have the recipe for the basic yellow cake mix, but i want to make cup cakes is the heating temperature/time?

is the temperature/time in the oven the same?I have the recipe for the basic yellow cake mix, but i want to make cup cakes is the heating temperature/time?
Temperature is the same, the time depends on how big you make the cup cakes. I usually check them after about 12-15 minutes as the ones in the middle may need to move to outside of tray if using Patty Pans. If using muffin tray it may need to be turned around.I have the recipe for the basic yellow cake mix, but i want to make cup cakes is the heating temperature/time?
Yes about the same, maybe a few minutes less, at the same temperature..........when they start to brown they are done....or when you stick a toothpick in, and it comes out clean
THEY SHOULD HAVE THEY DIRECTIONS ON THE BACK OF THE BOX FOR CUPCAKES.
i believe it is the same time. But if you have any toothpicks in your home, you could always stick a toothpook in your cupcakes once they start to look golden brown on top and pull it out slowly. Once you pull the toothpick out and you happen to see that you have a few crumbs remaining on it, then it means you should let them cook a few minutes more so that the inside can get completely baked.
Depends on the heat temperature for the cake.If It's at 350 degrees for the cake use it for the cupcakes.I wouldn't go any higher than that! Just check with a toothpick if necessary if it comes out clean then you are good to go!
350 12 minutes stick toothpick comes out clean its ready
