This was on the back of a Bisquick box a few years ago, you mix the coffeecake up and put it in the frig overnight and cook it in the morning.Does anyone have the recipe for overnight forgotten coffee cake?

- 2/3 cup margarine or butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups flour, unsifted
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup dates, chopped

Prepare ahead and allow the flavors to mix for a delicious addition to a breakfast, a brunch or a coffee and cake snack.
Directions
* Spray 9';x13'; pan lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
* In a large bowl, cream butter or margarine and sugar until light in color. Add eggs, beating well. Alternate adding buttermilk and dry ingredients, beating after each ingredient addition. Pour cake mixture into prepared pan.
* In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and nuts. Sprinkle over top of cake. Cover with aluminum foil and place in refrigerator overnight.

* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 3/4 cup granulated sugar
* 1 cup packed brown sugar -- divided
* 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon -- divided
* 3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter -- melted
* 1 cup milk
* 2 large eggs
* 1/2 cup chopped pecans
1. Coat a 9'; x 13'; baking dish with nonstick cooking spray, then flour. In a large bowl, combine the 2 cups flour, the baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, the butter, milk, and eggs. Beat until well combined; pour into the baking dish, then cover and chill for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
3. In a small bowl, combine the remaining 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon with the pecans. Sprinkle over the chilled batter and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cut, and serve warm.

You could substitute cranberries in this recipe if you prefer (it will just be a bit more tart than the blueberry version).
Ingredients:
* Canola cooking spray
* 1 cup cake flour (regular white flour can be substituted)
* 1 cup whole-wheat pastry flour (you can delete this and use 2 cups of cake flour if desired)
* 3/4 cup granulated sugar (Splenda庐 can be substituted)
* 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
* 3/4 teaspoon salt
* 3 tablespoons canola oil
* 3 tablespoons fat-free sour cream (light can be substituted)
* 3/4 cup low-fat milk
* 1 large egg
* 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
* Crumb topping:
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (Splenda庐 can be substituted)
- 6 tablespoons cake flour or white flour
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons no- or low-trans fat margarine (butter can be substituted)
- 2 tablespoons fat-free sour cream.
Preparation:
1. Coat a 9x9x2-inch sqare baking dish (or similar round pan) with canola cooking spray.
2. Add cake flour, whole-wheat pastry flour, sugar or Splenda庐, baking powder, salt, canola oil, fat-free sour cream, low-fat milk, and egg to large mixing bowl and beat for about 30 seconds until blended. Carefully stir in blueberries and spread in prepared pan.
3. Add the crumb topping ingredients to a small food processor (or use a pastry blender and a medium-sized bowl) and mix together briefly -- just until blended and crumbly. Sprinkle topping evenly over cake batter.
4. Cover dish well and put in refrigerator overnight.
5. In the morning, preheat oven to 375掳F. Bake in center of oven until cake tests done (about 45 minutes).

Mix all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add all remaining ingredients, except apple. Beat 1 minute. Stir in apple. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix the topping and sprinkle over the batter. Cover the pan and refrigerate overnight.
The next day, set the pan out on the counter while preheating oven to 350掳. Bake 45-50 minutes. Turn off the oven, open the oven door and let the coffeecake cool in the oven. Cut into squares and serve while warm.

1/2 cup chopped black walnuts or pecans
Mix flour, baking powder, soda, salt, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a bowl and set aside, in another bowl, cream granulated sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and butter. Mix in eggs, buttermilk, and flour mixture. Fold in apples. Pour into a 9-by-13 inch greasted baking pan. For topping, combine remaining 1/2 cup brown sugar, walnuts, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle over batter. Cover with foil and put in refrigerator until nexr morning. Uncoverand let stand about 30 minutes. Bake 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven. It's best served waarm.
