Recipe for a chocolate mud cake that you don't bake?

I need a recipe for a chocolate mud cake recipe that you put in the fridge and that you don't bake to cook it. I can't find it anywhere. Any types of recipes would be much appreciated.Recipe for a chocolate mud cake that you don't bake?

Well, I've never heard of a cake that doesn't need to be baked. Maybe what you're looking for is chocolate Mousse? :/








Chocolate Mousse (original poster - Mille庐 鈩?





1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


5 tablespoons boiling water


4 eggs, separated





1. Grind chocolate chips in a food processor or blender, using short pulses.


2. Add boiling water and blend to melt the chocolate.


3. Add egg yolks, one at a time, blending well after each one is added.


4. In a medium bowl, beat egg whites with electric mixer until stiff peaks form.


5. Fold egg whites into chocolate mixture gently.


6. Pour the mousse into wine glasses or other serving glasses and top with Cool Whip and a maraschino cherry.


7. Chill in refrigerator until set.
