I need a cake recipe without Dairy or Soy.?

My son's 1st birthday is coming I need to make a cake he can eat. He has a lot of allergies. I don't want him to miss out on the traditional personal cake for the first year.. Any help please?I need a cake recipe without Dairy or Soy.?
I make this cake all the time, it is very quick and easy. If you are worried about the chocolate being an allergy concern, you can leave it out. Last time I made this, I didn't add the chocolate, and I used orange juice for the water and added a little orange zest to the mix, it was great.

鈥?Vegan Chocolate Cake

* 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

* 1 cup white sugar

* 1/4 cup cocoa powder

* 1 teaspoon baking soda

* 1/2 teaspoon salt

* 1/3 cup vegetable oil

* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

* 1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar

* 1 cup water

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease one 9x5 inch loaf pan.

2. Sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add the oil, vanilla, vinegar and water. Mix together until smooth.

3. Pour into prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Late edit: I am sure you already know this, but I would be VERY careful with a cake mix, since they are usually produced on equipment that processes nuts. Also, since egg whites are a very common childhood allergy, and Angel Food Cake is 90% egg whites, steer clear.I need a cake recipe without Dairy or Soy.?
Dump Cake

Directions

Lightly grease the slow cooker/Crock Pot; place peaches in the bottom.

Sprinkle with cornstarch; toss.

Sprinkle with cinnamon then cake mix.

Drizzle with vanilla and sprinkle brown sugar over all.

cook on high for 2 陆-to 4 hours.
War Cake

1 lb. raisins

2 c. boiling water

1 tbsp. baking soda

1/2 c. shortening

1 c. cold water

4 c. flour

2 c. sugar

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. cloves

2 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. nutmeg

1 c. walnuts, chopped

Simmer the raisins and the boiling water for 15 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bake in a tube pan, at 325 degrees, for about 1 hour, or until well browned.

This cake is called ';War Cake'; because there are no eggs, butter, or milk among the ingredients, items often in short supply during war time. It is a family favorite, a very good cake.

Plenty of substitutions you can use, Angel food cake for one, with fruit on top would work.
Just buy a mix and substitute water for the milk.
